Philippines and entrusted the funds with an International Agency in
Spain.. The name of which i will disclose to you after i have
received a positive response from you.

Spain to claim this funds on my behalf, since i cannot travel out
of the Philippines, because of the ban the Government of Gloria Arroyo
has placed on my family members. We are unable to travel out of the
