Bonuses
As you can see from the chart above, the interKärd™ Compensation Plan includes a Bonus for reaching each rank (regardless of how long it takes you to reach that rank). However, there is also a Fast Start Bonus that is paid if you reach that rank within a specified period of time. When you reach a rank you will receive either the Bonus or the Fast Start Bonus (but not both) depending on how quickly you reach that rank. The Fast Start number of days specified in the chart above is calculated from the day your Broker application is entered into our computer system. For example, you have a total of 90 days from the day you become a Broker to reach Presidential Broker and a total of 360 days to reach Chairman's Circle.
