In the footage from inside the Pirelli Tower, when the camera pans out over 
the skyline, there are red blotches which appear along the horizon.  
Could this be heat "fogging" the photo-voltaic "film"?

Since the cpunk list is comatose, and it seems that one of the reasons is
unwillingness of majority to filter out spam, maybe some exploratory surgery is
justified: would it be a big deal to change the name of the list
("cypherpunks1") and so shed off some of the commercial spam. The resident
shitters will follow, but at the last count there were only two of them.
