[darktable-dev] Softproof under windows
Hi, today I have tested the version 2.4.4 on a Windows 10 for softproofing. I realized that the displaycal automatically set profile is not taken into account in darktable.I verified that by copying the displaycal/agryllcms profile to darktabledir/color/out and in darktable switching between the "system-monitor profile" and the copied one in the softproof/gamut check settings. Installing the profile as the windows profile (not using displaycal profile loader but the windows settings dialog) works fine for darktable as now the softproof setting "system-monitor profile" does not differ anymore from the displaycal/agryllcms profile. Displaycal recommends his loader because it should be more accurate and reliable. But for darktable the loader does not work. So it can be an error on DisplayCal or Darktable. Where do you see the error and is there anything else to do to help you understand the issue? Since I use darktable on Linux only and this was only a test for friends I never noticed that until now. Hi, I plan on creating 2.6 macOS packages starting with RCs, but no, I don't test master currently. Maybe someone else on Mac does it. Hi! Just wanted to know what is the plan for the MacOS and Windows releases. Are the maintainers ready to create the corresponding installers? Are the current master being tested? Will there be pre- releases (RCn) for those OS? Good Morning Pascal, I have seen your call to the translators for darktable 2.6 and would like to come back to the PR of the German translation. In Github I don't see an error message at the end of PR 1739. In between there were some errors, but they are fixed. With the comments "merge with... ", "merge remote-tracking..." I have marked the commits after the command git fetch upstream (update my fork with darktable/master) I can't clean up the history with the commands you gave me. The last command "git push mepi0011 master" reports a missing permission. Can you please support me to bring the translation into darktable 2.6?
