[darktable-dev] Filmic (RGB or not) explained

The saturation appears to function quite differently. If I open an existing file that contains the old filmic and try to replace it with the new version in an up date then the results look quite different. Filmic RGB works exactly the same as the old one, the changes are merely cosmetic. What does not work ?
