[darktable-dev] Missing WB presets for Nikon D810

When I originally contributed the WB presets for the Nikon D810, I failed
to notice that for fluorescent lighting, there are actually 7 presets not
one (the reason I didn't notice is that the WB button only has one, and
which one is used for this button setting is only determined from the menus
(and so is invisible - in my opinion a design fault).

Anyway, Now I've noticed, and here are the missing presets:

 { "NIKON", "D810", "Daylight FL", 0,  { 2.074219, 1, 1.09375, 0 }
},
  { "NIKON", "D810", "Mercury Lamp", 0, { 2.414063, 1, 1.320313, 0
} },
  { "NIKON", "D810", "Day White FL", 0, { 1.820313, 1, 1.355469, 0
} },
  { "NIKON", "D810", "White FL", 0, { 1.445313, 1, 2.210938, 0
} },
  { "NIKON", "D810", "Warm WHT FL", 0,  { 1.253906, 1, 1.917969, 0
} },
  { "NIKON", "D810", "Sodium Lamp", 0,  { 1.164063, 1, 2.320313, 0
} },

My firmware version is currently C 1.10, L 2.009 (this is probably more
recent than when I supplied the existing presets).

Yeah, I've noticed this in a few other models (only a single
fluorescent when the manuals say they have the 7 options). Could you
please open a bug report and attach a full set of sample files (these
plus the other presets) so I can check it against the script we have
to extract presets?
