I have a few images that are almost identical: High Speed sequence
(dog running) and I'm trying to get the 'best' shot of that sequence. 

If I could zoom in on the lighttable and see a few images at the same
time...

I could compare them with some other software like aftershot pro
(which also uses the .extension.xmp filenames) and flag my selection.

1. What flag would DT read?
2. The next question/problem: are the xmps compatible (which I'm not
sure)?

I have not found a way past snapshots or exporting and then comparing with
another app.  Snapshots are a quick way of deciding on whether a
particular change is preferred.

[darktable-user] Compare photos

Hi,

DT2.0.4 on arch.

Is there a way of comparing 2 or 3 images side by side? It's to
decide on which image to select...

I did set the images to 2 in the file manager, but:

1. This is almost OK if the images are size by side
2. I can't compare at more than the 'standard size'
