I'm struggling with lgdirectory.in - I can't get it to open at all.
I'm writing a survey for NGOs to get better data on their service areas.
If anybody already has this information sitting on their hard drive or Git 
would you mind sharing please?
For each state: District, Subdivision/Tehsil Block Village Or State, 
District, City/municipality, Ward.

Weak hotel wifi, preparing for the CSR Summit. Help!
