[datameet] flights data

Hello. Any website you'd consider reliable for data on domestic flights? 
I'm not sure if flightstats and flightradar are accurate for India. I'm 
looking particularly for data on flight delays, but at the individual 
flight level and not aggregated for airports or airlines.

I use flightstats, which serves the purpose of looking at average take offs
and landings and associated hourly emission calculations.

DGCA has schedules and any outlier incidents. I am not sure they monitor
delays.

Airports charge yearly parking fee to airlines, who in turn factor these
delays while planning for each year. Probably nobody except air traffic
controllers would be tracking this in India.

DGCA has the raw data. What's reported monthly though, is aggregated.

Nevertheless, makes for interesting reading. Some unexpected performance
findings. And what on earth is a reactionary delay?!
