I had the same problem when attaching Macro's to the database document. They
are
not available after creating a Macro and directly attaching it to the document,
also not when I choose Macros - Macros
But they are available when I choose Adjustment (I think - Anpassen in german
version) right above options in the extras menu.

Same results.
It is normal that you get a missing element, because all my macros except 1 must
be in a private library not integrated.
However, I notice that if the odb file doesn't automatically start the first
form which is FmMenuGeneral (with "open a document" event), all works fine and
the problem doesn't appear : the integrated macros are shown in the macro
selector.

@ djskafish
What happens if you change your file name?

I downloaded your file, opened in OOo and warned me about missing element, in a
first opening, no module/macros in it.

Using file name with exclamation mark, I think, is not useful here.

Can you upload example file, where this happens.
You use odb file with built in form, where button inserted?

This issue ocurrs after opening, closing, and re-opening the database. In other
words, the first time the database is opened (after booting the computer),
there is no problem.

When trying to assign a macro to a button, the macros saved in my .odb document
do not appear. If looking in the Organizer, the macros are in fact present and
complete, but when trying to assign the .odb document simply isn't on the list.
