Hi Gopi I had the same problem with windows 2000 and Oracle 8.1.4. After I installed Oracle 8.0.1 instead of Oracle 8.1.4 the problem was gone. It would seem that you have not correctly installed DBI which is not just a matter of copying DBI.pm to a location.
