Hi Gopi

I had the same problem with windows 2000 and Oracle 8.1.4. After I installed
Oracle 8.0.1 instead of Oracle 8.1.4 the problem was gone.

I Would suggest searching the archives for this list and looking at the
included documentation for DBI for starters.

It would seem that you have not correctly installed DBI which is not just a
matter of copying DBI.pm to a location. Look at the README file in the DBI
distribution for clear instructions.
