Tim -- do you have any Makefile.PL patches for Win32?  I just moved my
machine and I think I ordered things wrong or something's not right
about the way the script is working for me on Win32.  I was just about
to start hacking the Makefile.PL, but if you have pending patches, it
might save a bit of time.

No problem. It was probably as much wishful thinking on my part.
It'll happen, one day. It's certainly in my plans.

(Any big corporations who need it done sooner can send me a patch,
or a cheque, or, ideally, a patch written on the back of a cheque :)
