I must admit I totally failed at keeping up with mails, and didn't immediately spot the “after debconf” way was $-based anyway. A substantial number of people failed to pick up their re-imbursements today. A smaller number of people showed up to drop off re-imbursement forms 2 days late. On Saturday September 22, from 11-12:30 I will be available to hand back reimbursements for all of the forms that I have now. If you are just now wanting to file a cash reimbursment form, make sure you get it and all the supporting documents to front desk by 12:00 noon on Friday. For anybody that missed the original deadline, we'll try to have your money on Saturday, but at this late date we can't guarantee it. Note that if you handed in a form on Tuesday, this is _NOT_ for reimbursement from SPI, but only for cash re-imbursement. Is the post-debconf way still an option? I guess it would be hard to get it to work because of $ vs. € (my currency). I suspect going through Debian France might not be possible… Anyway, if that's either too late or too much work, I'll just call it a bummer and stop wasting your time. [Debconf-discuss] Sun 23th morning, walking or taxi to the station
Hi, I need to leave very early on Sunday, my train from Heidelberg departs at 6:00 AM, checking on the bus schedule it seems that there is no bus by that time, so I have only two options, walk to the train station or take a taxi. I'll like to know if there is more people leaving that early on Sunday, if so, we can either walk together to the train station or share a taxi. Please let me know on IRC/email. Hi everyone, I enjoyed my first DebConf game of Werewolf earlier this week. Now let's play a related game called The Resistance: Avalon: https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/128882/resistance-avalon As with Werewolf, in general the good side has no information and the 'bad side knows their teammates. But there's no player elimination - instead, teams of increasing size are selected to go on missions, which can be sabotaged by bad team members. There's also no need for an omniscient god role which forces someone to sit out, so every player can have all the fun. Also like Werewolf, there are special roles which add interesting information asymmetry and incentives. If you like Blood Bound but haven't tried Werewolf, you'll also like this. Let's play at 21:30, outside near the bistro. My copy of the official game is at home but we have enough equipment to play it. The more players the better.
