Yes, you can apply for a visa online, though you'll need to give
biometrics if you are from some countries, and you'll need to mail your
passport to get a stamp if you are not lucky to live near a visa
application centre. Refusal rate is harsh though.

But they still included IST.

[Debconf-discuss] Public transport work hours?

2015-08-18 Thread Andrey Rahmatullin

Does anyone have definitive info on when are busses in Heidelberg working?
I need to know if they are working at e.g. 6 am.
http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en shows Bus 32 being available
since about 5:44 am at Neuenheim Jugendherberge but if someone has more
info (e.g. from personal experience) it would be appreciated.

What to provide in a case of a e-ticket bought online? Ticket (which

As the ticket in a currency which is not Euro, do I need to provide a

   • In the case where the original receipt is electronic, a printout
with a handwritten certification that you have are only claiming
reimbursement from DebConf for this expense.
Should that certification be on a separate paper?

   • In the special case that your reimbursement relates to accomodation
at the hostel, we'll cross off the night in question and return the
 original to you.
Should I fill separate forms for travel and for Aug 14 accomodation?

The whole point to check the hash is so you only have to do it once...
Otherwise, if you are going to do it with every person, you better check
the fingerprint of that person instead :P
I think we strongly need a proper list of things to do when you want to
sign a key/get one signed, to avoid confusion.

No as they are not attending conference but joining you as a tourist.
You will apply for Schengen business visa your family will apply for
 tourist visa.
Cross check with German embassy in your city.
As an additional data point, I requested an invitation for my girlfriend,
got it, and it was not discarded by the consulate, they even said keep it
when travelling, to show at customs if asked. But we applied for (and
received) tourist visas.
