I have a scanner and can make electronic copies of your documents if you
 need them returned to you.

If you live in the United States, I also need your phone number.

The default reimbursement method for non-US/Argentina/Brazil
 reimbursements is wire transfer.

It would be possible for European get the reinbursement via the money we
have in FFIS (in euros) ?
I do not really care the method, but I think we will avoid losing the money
due to the currency rates and most of the transfer within EU are free.

Yes, it is possible. I'll find the proper FFIS form but please submit
your paperwork to me regardless of whether your reimbursement will come
from FFIS or SPI so I can keep track.

Is it OK to instead mail you the eticket (in pdf) gpg-signed? The hardcopy is
just a printout of that anyway.

Cheers,

Yes, that is fine. I also need the informationn from the reimbursement
PDF regardless of how you provide the ticket/receipt information.

If you don't have access to the printer (or you are just too lazy), I left few
printed copies of this in the front desk.
