In fact https://debconf18.debconf.org/schedule should have a link at the top noting there is also even DebCamp starting at 7/21! Yes it is noted elsewhere but it should be noted here too.

Hi again, 積丹尼 Dan Jacobson dijo [Thu, Jul 19, 2018 at 07:25:47AM +0800]: > As you see on https://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf18/DayTrip some trips > start as early as 07:45. And the system we are using is not precisely easy to fix. I have deleted the breakfast and moved the activity to start at 8AM. Of course, people will ask, "so we don't have breakfast?" - Some will. I also left the arrival time at 18:00 - I don't know if people will make it on time. Daytrip coordination *always* requires a lot of human communication. There are too many factors. You sent me at least six mails about this issue, all of them using tones where... Well, where it feels as clearly more urgent than it is, and IMO lacking basic respect. This has happened several times in the past - I understand, we are working together for a great DebConf, and this is an important piece for you. But, please, try not to be so pushy. We need to work together as a team! signature.asc Description: PGP signature

Re: Official schedule!
As you see on https://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf18/DayTrip some trips start as early as 07:45. Only one starts as late as 10:00. https://debconf18.debconf.org/talks/120-daytrip/ says DayTrip by Wen Liao. But his 10 person DayTrip starts at 08:50, https://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf18/DayTrip/B So a corrected https://debconf18.debconf.org/talks/120-daytrip/ should say Speaker: Many Time: Aug 01 (Wed), all day. Each trip has different times. Duration: varies Else people will wake up late and miss their buses and many whole trips may be ruined. Thank you.

Hi Dan, I set the daytrip on the schedule to put the full day. As there are many (many many!) options, people should check the details for their chosen one, and we should communicate accordingly. I understand you, but... Please understand what a *pain* it is to get Wafer to work in a sensible way :-P
Re: Official schedule!
Gunnar, I sent you many corrections. Check your spam box. If you say DayTrip starts at 10:00 many teams will miss their buses.
