The Debian Live DVD is not really maintained. If you want to use a live image of a GNU/Linux distribution you should use Ubuntu Mate where the keyboard shortcut works. Best regards: Egon You may have pressed it when the desktop was only partially loaded; you might try giving it a couple minutes after you think the desktop is loaded before pressing windows-alt-s and see what happens. > --
