sources.list entries for amd64 testing

Hello,

I have been using the following since I installed amd64-etch-testing half a
year ago:

deb ftp://ftp.de.debian.org/debian-amd64/ testing main
deb-src ftp://ftp.de.debian.org/debian-amd64/ testing main

Now the testing branch does not work anymore, apt cannot find the files on
that mirror.
What is the correct URL for the testing packages?

 AMD64 etch should be in ftp.de.debian.org/debian, just like sid.

Does etch equal to testing or unstable? And what is sid?
