There are gspca-modules-... available in "unstable". [And, answering to
myself:  It works.]

Let us know what you find out. I have that camera too and have been hoping to 
do something with it but haven't had the chance.

Logitech QuickCam supported?

Hello.

Is it possible to make the webcam "Logitech Quickcam Communicate STX Plus"
work (the movie camera part) on Debian?

There is a "quickcam_messenger.ko" module but it seems to recognize only the
integrated microphone.
