I was hoping your sound problem would be as easy to solve as mine was. In my case I had to hit the mixer button on kmix and adjust the input/output levels and turn on each of the items on. If I didn't do that I had no sound. No sound with Kernel 2.6.11
Hi there, I've tried to install Kernel 2.6.11-9-amd64-k8 from unstable in my AMD64-Sarge. The kernel works, but with it I have no more sound in KDE:-( Beep in terminal is available, but in KDE I hear nothing. With my "old" kernel (2.6.10-9-amd64-k8) all worked fine.
