Hi! I do have the same problem here at two AMD64 machines with Debian Stable (3.1). I use the stable, testing and unstable distributions in my sources.list. Additionally I use APT-Pinning to stay at stable. On a Debian stable i386 machine with very similar setup (sources.list, APT-Pinning) no such problems do exist.
