You should ask your question on the debian-powerpc list (see 
http://lists.debian.org/debian-powerpc/ ).  This is the AMD64 list.

I having trouble with VLC. When I use the vlc player I unable to

platform), but the same file when played inDarwin(PC x86) the video is displayed 
without any problem.

I having trouble with VLC. When I use the vlc player I unable to see
video while playing a certain wmv file, but the same file when played in
wxvlc the video is displayed with out any problem. Has anyone else
noticed similar problems.
