Package: apache-common
Version: 1.3.28-4
Severity: normal
If mod_bandwidth is enabled, then the directory
/var/lib/apache/mod-bandwidth/link must be cleared whenever apache is
stopped and restarted. If you don't do this, things slow to a crawl
andleaves the sysadmin bewildered as to what is going on. Suggest that
apache clear this directory automatically if module is in use.
