The installation failed at the last step, installing the kernel to the flash. I contacted Martin directly for help, and we (mostly he) concluded that the wheezy kernel does not have support for the flash chip in this particular model. The relevant line from the installer syslog Jun 25 15:35:14 kernel: [8.570234] m25p80 spi0.0: unrecognized JEDEC id 20ba18 shows that the wheezy kernel cannot read the flash. I plan to test one of the daily d-i images next with the jessie 3.9 kernel to verify that the problem is fixed there and that I can do a complete install on the TS-212. == Installer lsb-release: == DISTRIB_ID=Debian DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION=Debian GNU/Linux installer DISTRIB_RELEASE=7 (wheezy) - installer build 20130613 X_INSTALLATION_MEDIUM=network-console == Installer hardware-summary: == uname -a: Linux NASD65DC4 3.2.0-4-kirkwood #1 Debian 3.2.46-1 armv5tel GNU/Linux lspci -knn: 00:00.0 Host bridge [0600]: Marvell Technology Group Ltd.
