Bug#201791: install: all debconf communication is written to the terminal

2003-07-18 Thread Alastair McKinstry
Sebastian,

we are currently doing a lot of uploads at debcamp; for speed we
are uploading to a local apt mirror:

http://dc1.raw.no/d-i sid main/debian-installer

A lot of the bugs you reported tonight occured during today, and were
fixed in CVS, with patches uploaded there (but not yet to ftp-master).

Are you sure that you've totally updated d-i from CVS, and placed the
changed packages in debian-installer/build/localudebs?

Regards,
Alastair

I built a cdrom image. After booting it, all debconf communication was
printed to the the terminal, which wrecked up the whole display.
