# Alternatively, you can specify a disk to partition. The device name can
# be given in either devfs or traditional non-devfs format.
# For example, to use the first disk devfs knows of:
d-i partman-auto/disk   string /dev/discs/disc0/disc

This is enough for automatically use the first disk

Preseeding the parameter

to e.g.

"Erase entire disk: IDE1 master (hda) - 1.1 GB QEMU HARDDISK"

doesn't work (of course) for other disks.  It would be
useful to have a way to let debconf or partman or what work
without the substring " - ...".  Otherwise it's nearly
impossible to use this option for different machines.
