Bug#601318: flash-kernel: Binary package contains Subversion files

The flash-kernel package contains two .svn directories, with the usual set of 
Subversion stuff inside: /usr/share/initramfs-tools/.svn and 
/usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks/.svn.  Presumably this is just an oversight :-)

flash-kernel recommends no packages.

ii  uboot-mkimage 0.4generate kernel image for U-Boot
