That does not require activation of Irish. We have plenty of inclomplete 
languages already.

 I therefore propose to activate Irish unless there is a

Given the fact that level2 is less than 1/4 translated and is pretty 
essential for normal installs, I feel it is too early to activate ga, 
especially so short before a release.

I should also have mentioned that, almost by definition, all users who
would choose Irish *will* understand English.

And of course, I meant activate Irish after beta2, not for
beta2.but I should have mentioned that.

Your mentioning testing of the incomplete warnings kind of implied before...

I have less problems with enabling ga after beta2 _if_ we get a commitment 
that at least level 2 gets completed before RC1.
