Hm well, I indeed have problems with changelogs. Cannot find a way to
update them all automatically. debchange -a always changes the footer
line.

So, indeed, this is not completely ready..:-)

Luckily we can do with without adding another string during the string
freeze, I think. I'll leave this to someone who understands the
languagechooser package.
