Bug#323863: 2.70 error in postinstall script

Just a reply to previously filed bug #323863

Setting up base-config (2.70) ...
/var/lib/dpkg/info/base-config.postinst: line 59: syntax error near

dpkg: error processing base-config (--configure):

Errors were encountered while processing:

E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

There is an extra "\" on the previous line in the for loop. The next line
is a naked "do" token, which needs either a prepended ";" or removing the
last "\" from line 58.

apt-setup/security-updates-failed \

so be edited to look like:

apt-setup/security-updates-failed

rerun apt-get and the script should apply correctly.

There is a good reason that CVS development has stagnated. CVS is
broken and there are better alternatives. Please look into those.

it would be worth the time to hunt this down, so
I'd suggest closing this bug.

Agreed. Why anyone would bother to reimplement an already existing free

Not only that, but the stated purpose of OpenCVS, AIUI, is to be a
reimplementation of CVS under the BSD license. It makes no sense to try
and have both in Debian. I also agree with you that there are far
better alternatives.

Since alternatives are intended to be changed by an administrator, it is
a bug if some filters call "gs" when they need "gs-esp". So if these
filters are fixed, as they should be anyway, then we can change the
priorities and everyone will be happy. :-)

Adrian Bunk wrote:

This is really a serious problem. I was quite surprised to discover
that I was using gs-esp when calling gv (cf bug 323867), since I had
never intentionally installed it.

I think the best solution looks like this:
- fix dmix to work for everyone
- change libesd to play directly to the sound device (the code is
already there for the fallback case).
- stop starting/using the esound daemon.

Bug#323875: dnsutils: Strict parsing of /etc/resolv.conf leads to broken behaviour

2005-08-18 Thread Javier Fernández-Sanguino Peña
Package: dnsutils
Version: 1:9.3.1-2
Priority: normal

I've been banging my head with an abnormal issue in DNS resolution
in a Linux server when using the bind9 utilities that did not appear
with any other tool (i.e. those that use the system's resolver).
Basicly, when I tried to resolve anything using either `dig', `host'
or `nslookup' the query would always timeout. Other tools would do
DNS resolution just fine.

More strangely, when tracing with tcpdump, I did not see any IP packets
being sent to the configured nameservers in the network interface, however,
when capturing the traffic from the 'lo' interface I did see DNS
requests in it! DNS queries were being sent with source address 127.0.0.1
and destination address 127.0.0.1 port 53.

After debugging the issue, it turns out that it was a configuration
issue that the bind9 code did not complain about and ended up breaking
the tools. The configuration file /etc/resolv.conf was as follows:

---
nameserver X Y
---

yes, this should have been:

---
nameserver X
nameserver Y
---

The funny thing is that the standard resolver library handles the
first case just fine while as dnsutils doesn't, breaks and does not give
a warning to the end user at all. After debugging this issue
it seems that the culprit here is ISC's lwconfig library. The following
change in lib/lwres/lwconfig seems to be sufficient to prevent a
misconfiguration from breaking these utilities. Notice how the
lwres_conf_parsenameserver() function has been changed so it
will *not* abort if it finds a non-space after a nameserver definition:

$ diff -u lwconfig.c.orig lwconfig.c
--- lwconfig.c.orig 2005-08-19 01:51:11.0 +0200
+++ lwconfig.c  2005-08-19 01:48:39.0 +0200
@@ -287,7 +287,7 @@
if (strlen(word) == 0U)
return (LWRES_R_FAILURE); /* Nothing on line. */
else if (res == ' ' || res == '\t')
-   res = eatwhite(fp);
+   res = eatline(fp);

if (res != EOF && res != '\n')
return (LWRES_R_FAILURE); /* Extra junk on line. */

-

This same change could be implemented in lwres_conf_parsedomain() and,
maybe, lwres_conf_parselwserver(). Again, I find it weird that the
dnsutils do not even warn about this configuration problem and go ahead
and generate loopback packets in the event of this misconfiguration.

A better fix would be for the setup_system() call to exit with an
error message if no nameservers have been found. I find extremely
enlightening the following code comment in /lib/bind/resolv/res_init.c:

-
 * An interrim version of this code (BIND 4.9, pre-4.4BSD) used 127.0.0.1
 * rather than INADDR_ANY ("0.0.0.0") as the default name server address
 * since it was noted that INADDR_ANY actually meant ``the first interface
 * you "ifconfig"'d at boot time'' and if this was a SLIP or PPP interface,
 * it had to be "up" in order for you to reach your own name server. It
 * was later decided that since the recommended practice is to always
 * install local static routes through 127.0.0.1 for all your network
 * interfaces, that we could solve this problem without a code change.
 *
 * The configuration file should always be used, since it is the only way
 * to specify a default domain. If you are running a server on your local
 * machine, you should say "nameserver 0.0.0.0" or "nameserver 127.0.0.1"
 * in the configuration file.
-

This is similar to what happens in a misconfiguration case with dig, host
and nslookup in bind9. If no nameservers are configured, it defaults
to 127.0.0.1 which is (IMHO) plain wrong.

Regards

Javier Fernandez-Sanguino

Bug#323874: gftp-gtk: Crashes on disconnect

2005-08-18 Thread Clive Menzies
Package: gftp-gtk
Version: 2.0.18-7
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

After connecting to a remote ftp server to upload a file, clicking on
the disconnect icon causes gftp to crash (disappears from the
workspace). It happened several times and once caused the system to lock
- I couldn't access a console or ssh into the box.

I tried running /usr/bin/gftp-gtk --strace

It connected, browsed the remote file system and clicking on the icon
didn't cause it to crash. I repeated it and again it didn't crash.

It may have been temporary glitch. I'll monitor and close the bug if it
doesn't recur in the next few days.

Regards

Clive

There's no sparc build log...

The recent glibc started to detect malloc-ed memory corruption
anytime. In most case, such defect is caused by application, in this
case, "uil". Please use valgrind to uil on i386, you probably find
the actual problem.

Bug#322686: docbook-xsl: new version 1.69.1 available

2005-08-18 Thread Mark Johnson

Hi Wolfgang,

Sorry for the delay - been on vacation for the last few weeks.

W. Borgert wrote:

Package: docbook-xsl
Version: 1.68.1-0.1
Severity: wishlist

From http://sourceforge.net/projects/docbook/

There is now a separated docbook-xsl-doc, which - IMHO - should
be packaged in a separate deb.

Hmmm...interesting issues.

I can update the docbook-xsl & make a new docbook-xsl-doc package
sometime this weekend.

Interesting: The DocBook slides
and DocBook website stuff is now integrated "experimentally".
Shall we build the docbook-slides and docbook-website package
from the docbook-xsl source? Or just drop the two packages
by Conflict+Replace?

Unfortunately, the website & slide stuff included in the new docbook-xsl
is only the stylesheets, and not the dtds (or schemas).

It'd be nice to be able to ditch the slides & website packages & have
them be included in docbook-xsl, but we can't quite do it yet.

I'll talk to the upstream folks about the differences between the
versions of slides & website stylesheets, and about the future of the
upstream slides & website schema. At this point it's not clear to me
which versions of the, say, website stylesheets one should use.

I suppose I could package up the current docbook-xsl as is, and also
package the current website & slides packages. That way the users can
decide which sets of website/slides stylesheets they want to use.
(Unless, of course, both are identical - which I doubt is the case.
Again, will check with upstream on this tomorrow.)

Will get back on this soon.

Cheers,
Mark

Mikko,

you want to update your patch to what we found?
I think prepending the changelog is not a good idea. Instead one should be
able to use update-orig target to get the upstream version that is currently
on top in the changelog :).

Maybe use the variable UPSTREAM_VERSION instead of VERSION in the rules
file. Further, please consider to make the upstream version detection
automatic. For instancce you could use:

expr "$(cat debian/changelog | head -n1)" : '.*[(]\(.*\)-.*[)].*$'

to get the upstream version as currently documented in changelog. Of course
repackaging
the orig.tar.gz would still be necessary.

In September 2003, I went to Scotland to visit relatives and they warned me
about wind and cold. I'd already heard about harsh highland weather, but I
didn't let it phase me. I didn't even bring a proper jacket and didn't suffer
(except this one day that was particularly windy and we were on foot to and
from the local pub). But their idea of cold brings me back to the stereotype of
Canadian winter weather. Specifically, the knowledge that sadly,
generalizations are often correct.3

2005-08-18 Thread Georg Wittenburg
Hi Anand!

Has there been any progress on this issue? In some situations it's getting
slightly annoying not to known the real IP of your machine...

Have you considered using IP aliasing to do the trick? As far as I know,
that's the standard way to run one NIC with multiple IPs. One of many HOWTOs
is at http://www.faqs.org/docs/Linux-mini/IP-Alias.html.

My sister and I went for a walk tonight in the pseudo-middle class
neighbourhood around our basement suite. And it finally came out. She feels
sorry for me because I rub people the wrong way. "Well you're a very smart
person," and "You just talk really fast. You use too many big words," and
"You're always talking picking stuff apart and analyzing everything." Lately
one of her favourite complaints is that I'm "weird". I told her that I'm aware
that my mind moves quickly. That I might not be the coolest kid on the block
and certainly not the most popular. She didn't know that I can see the reality
of who I am and how I come across to new acquaintances.3

Bob Stinson

I am back to work today and compared to yesterday 100 percent better. I came in
yesterday feeling a little sick to my stomach but just put it off to sour
stomach thinking nothing about it, I mean I have worked with worse. As the day
progressed I noticed my head was hurting more and more, then the lights were
getting brighter, at one point I must have looked like the hunchback of Notre
dame. I had several of my counter parts coming over concerned about how I was
feeling. Several of the folks I have worked with have learned the look on my
face and knew what was happening. Now don't get me wrong I have worked through
many a migraine and was going to work through this one. This migraine had a
different idea though, this was going to be one of those that sideline me. I
felt it welling up in my stomach and ran to the bathroom to worship the ole
porcelain crown. I came back after a few minutes and a quick mouthwash back to
the desk. My compadre ask what happened so I told her and I was promptly
ordered home. After checking out with the bosses and making sure there would be
no trouble for her to stay on my shift I left. I took much longer to get home
then normal due to the fact that I stopped a few times to holler for Ralph! I
walked into the house and straight to the bedroom where it was Dark and aid
down when my stomach had settled down some I took my meds and was out for a
little while. Now if you are one of the lucky ones that do not suffer from
migraines the only thing I can think of to let you know the pain that one can
feel from it is to take your little toe and close it in a vice till it is the
equivalent of mashed taters. Folks having migraines at time lose all track of
what they are doing, they have been known to put their heads through walls and
more trying to get rid of the pain. While the best known cure on the market is
a product called Imatrex, I am one of the few that are allergic to it. I have
to use other measures and if I do not want to take narcotics like then I must
suffer through it. One of the bad thinks is you get sensitive to light then any
movement makes you nauseous, any noise sounds are magnified ten fold. All you
want to do is get in a dark corner away from the world and hide. Now the next
day when you wake up especially when you have had a rough one like last night
you fell almost hung over, really groggy. I woke thought and felt much better
(then I did yesterday) and yes hung over I came to work and had a fairly normal
day here at the ole station. 3

Specifically, the knowledge that sadly,
generalizations are often correct.3

libssl3.so is provided by thunderbird itself. There is no chance to add
another build dep. Maybe your architecture is not supported by the build
system somehow? What are you running?

Bug#323307: cjb2: serious compression error (character substitution)

Barak Pearlmutter -

What I'm really worried about is that the problem might occur with
losslevel 100 even at 400 or 600 dpi.

> The documentation has already been updated (in CVS) to discuss this.
> But basically it seems like an old story. "Patient to Doctor: It
> hurts when I use losslevel >100! Doctor's response: Well, don't use
> losslevel > 100."

The analogy would be appropriate if the problem were as easy to spot
as current pain.

If I were confident that losslevel of 100 would prevent the problem,
that would be okay. However, I don't consider u and n to be easily
confused. If the program makes that mistake, it might be making more
subtle ones too, just less often. Mistakes that are very hard to spot
by eye.

I'm setting out to scan AMS55 (Abramowitz and Stegun), with its
hundreds of pages of numerical tables. Even a very small chance of
character substitution (say, replacing a 3 with an 8 on every tenth
page) would call the whole project into question.

Sorry for being unclear. If you build kernel-source-2.4.27 2.4.27-11
then it should use gcc-3.3 for the build, even if your default
gcc is gcc-4.0. To be more specific, if you inspect the makefile
you will see that it actually sets the compiler to be gcc-3.3,
rather than gcc.

Of course if you use a different Makefile, say to build
out of tree modules, or force the compiler to something else,
this system breaks down. I'm not sure there is a good solution to
that problem. But unpacking the kernel-source tar ball and doing
a build should work as long as you have gcc-3.3 installed,
which is a recomendation of the package.

They are shown in the right character sets. And /usr/share/man/ru/ is

First, congrats on making the migrating into 7.4 so smoothly, with
the exception of one tiny thing it worked great.

The postgresql-7.4 daemon failed to start after an upgrade. The problem
was in the configuration file tcpip_socket was commented out but
"ssl" was not. The daemon would die at startup saying TCPIP needs to
be enabled for SSL. Commenting out ssl fixed it, but why did
the config file have it there in the first place?

Bug#320075: falconseye developments

2005-08-18 Thread Paul Wise
Hi,

Some info I found out while looking for the upstream status of
falconseye:

There is an unofficial version 1.9.4a here (by Jeroen Demeyer), which is
in fedora atm:
http://cage.rug.ac.be/~jdemeyer/nethack/

There is a fork of Falcon's Eye here:
http://www.darkarts.co.za/projects/vultures/
It is split into two packages, Vulture's Eye and Vulture's Claw, the
first based on nethack and the second on slashem. Fedora will be
switching to this soonish.

I suggest that a similar transition to the tuxracer -> planetpenguin be
done if someone feels like taking this up (if I feel motivated enough
and get time, I will do this myself). Perhaps initially 1.9.4a could be
uploaded, as well as turning off sounds, music (since these are quite
broken) and global game scores in /var (since the binary is not setgid
games, resulting in annoying brokenness for new users not in the games
group).

Bug#318590: curl 7.14.0-5: OpenSSL vs GnuTLS is still a problem

2005-08-18 Thread Paul TBBle Hampson

> with curl 7.14.0-5 currently in incoming, i added two new packages
> libcurl3-gnutls and libcurl3-gnutls-dev. libcurl3 and libcurl3-gnutls

If the problem is that using gnutls or openssl changes the ABI for libcurl,
then they should have different sonames. (I'd expect the newer one, gnuTLS,
would get its own soname, so that existing packages work, and packages can
optionally build against the gnuTLS version if they so wish. Once everything
builds happily against the gnuTLS version, the next upstream soname bump can
use the gnuTLS library, and we're compatible with other distributions again.)

If the problem isn't that the ABI changes, I'm not clear on why the gnuTLS
change was rolled back. (Bug #321294 implies the ABI changed but the soname
didn't, while #321391 is simply that the curl-config program doesn't report SSL
support, which should be easy to fix, and rolling back the transition was the
response of maximal-surprise to me. ^_^)

If the gnuTLS version is deficient in functionality, but doesn't affect the
ABI or soname, then the best thing to my mind would be to have the two
packages conflict and also provide libcurl3, and have the gnuTLS version
conflict with packages that use functionality that it doesn't support.

That way, either one of libcurl3 and libcurl3-gnutls can be installed, unless:

A GPL package (which only depends on libcurl3-gnutls) is installed:
libcurl3-gnutls gets pulled in

A package that can't work with gnuTLS version of libcurl (and
therefore libcurl3-gnutls conflicts with it) is installed:
libcurl3 gets pulled in

Packages of both above types are installed:
Unresolvable. However, this is also not possible now, unless
a GPL package is linking against the OpenSSL-using libcurl,
and therefore the GPL package has an RC bug.

Of course, this solution requires some work as you test each rdependancy
against libcurl3-gnutls. And they would have to be versioned conflicts,
since later versions of that rdependancy might work with the gnutls version,
and if they don't, should take the conflict with libcurl3-gnutls upon
themselves. (And maybe file a bug report against libcurl3-gnutls about the
missing functionality so that when it is fixed, the maintainer knows about
it and can remove the conflict.)

Package: bakery2.0
Severity: serious

libbakery2.0-1 is a shared library that exports C++ interfaces, which
means that it must undergo the transition described at
 if
the package is to remain in Debian.

However, since this library package is not used by any other packages in
Debian, and it appears to be superseded by bakery2.3 in unstable, I have
no intention of NMUing this package. Instead, if no one speaks up to
indicate that the library is still needed, I will request the removal of
both bakery2.0 and bakery-gnomeui2.0 from unstable.

I'm not sure how to deal with this on anacron's side. If people are
fiddling with the anacron <-> cron interaction, things are going to
break.

The method you're advocating would result in
cron.{daily, monthly, weekly}, being run twice if anacron starts before
cron. Anacron knows the jobs have been run, but cron doesn't.

Yes, this sounds like a much better solution to me: it's more robust so
long as there are still many developers running the 32-bit variants of
the biarch systems, it makes better use of archive space, and it appears
to get us at least a little bit closer to multiarch, which I still
believe should be the long-term goal for such systems.

Due to mounting concern on the part of friends and the media, in December 2004
I switched my birth control from the Depo Provera shot to the Ortho Evra patch.
While I was initially concerned that I might have been adversely affected by
over 8 years of the shot depleting my calcium and estrogen, I found a more
immediate concern when a week after starting the patch the doctor who gave my
yearly exam found a lump. A cyst. She said it was likely caused by the influx
of estrogen from the patch. But I had to come back for a follow up around
Valentines Day. Fine, I'd rather get it dealt with than stew over what caused
it. The doctor I saw last night (different every time at a public health
clinic) didn't seem to understand why I was there. I told him what happened in
December and that I was told to come back. He finally found the report in my
file. Apparently there were actually two "lumps" but only one had been blacked
out on the crude diagram of my breasts. When he felt around not only did he
find another lump in my left breast, but he told me cysts were normal. In fact,
he said the lump I had been searching for on the armpit side of my right breast
was probably just fibrous tissue. 3

neutrino failed to build on a sparc buildd. It did build on my sparc

Bug#323885: Hotplug is too late to mount/fsck scsi drives

2005-08-18 Thread alt
Package: hotplug
Version: 0.0.20040329-22
Severity: important
Tags: patch

The 'postinst' script in the hotplug package creates the
symlink /etc/rcS.d/S40hotplug, which is run AFTER /etc/rcS.d/S30checkfs.sh
and /etc/rcS.d/S35mountall.sh. This means that scsi drives (and other
hotpluggable drives, such as usb drives) will not be fsck'ed or mounted,
since scsi support is not enabled until later in the boot process. For users
(like me) who have /home mounted on a scsi drive, this is unbearable.

Fix: Modify line 100 in the postinst script; change the current line:

update-rc.d hotplug start 40 S . >/dev/null || exit 0

to this instead:

update-rc.d hotplug start 25 S . >/dev/null || exit 0

Note: it may be advisable to put hotplug even earlier in order to allow for /
to be mounted from a scsi (or usb) drive; but I'm not sure whether the
default kernel allows booting off a scsi drive (I've been trying for a couple
of hours now...), so maybe it doesn't matter.

Well, I knew it would happen and it has. The cat B got from her mom has latched
on to me, and it is driving me crazy. Prissy will not leave our room for
anything, yes she has only been there a week and it will take some time I know.
BUT it is driving me a little nuts. If I go the the bathroom she goes to the
bathroom, heck if I enter the room she is following me around when I get in bed
she has to get in beside me and bugs me till I love on her. Now we have another
cat Tuff, he is my cat and has been since he was born in our house, this has
really upset him, they sat on the bed last night staring each other down and
growling. Heck I hid under the covers afraid the claws might come out and I
would be the scratching ground. Now Prissy has decided the only way to get from
my dresser where she stay to the food which just happens to be on the other
side of the bed is to come across the pillows, it doesn't matter if you are
sleeping or not, I nearly killed her this morning when she jumped on my pillow
and I was in a fight in my dream lets just say I need to vacuum the cat hair.3

Don't misunderstand me, I like video games. I like the palmtop Nintendo I got
for my birthday and the Zelda game I got for Christmas. Because I only own two
games and I have many hobbies and interests, Nintendo gets a mere fraction of
my time. But like any stimulant, some people are bound to become addicted.
Especially those with addictive personalities. Like my boyfriend and the online
role playing game World of Warcraft, similar to the infamous EverQuest. He
plays for hours. Not two or three, but ten or twelve sometimes taking breaks
only when he's at risk of soiling his seat. While I prefer Warcraft over
alcohol as my sweetie's main vice, I can't help feeling like I've still lost
him to an addiction. Most current harm reduction models in drug and alcohol
counselling suggest that instead of removing the behaviour in question, try
doing it less. And to determine the severity or actual existence of an
addiction, assess whether or not it affects the person's ability to work,
socialize, eat, exercise, pay bills - basically their capacity to perform the
daily activities that qualify as necessary. Call it a gut feeling, but I think
that an addition is still present and harmful even if it hasn't destroyed one
or more lives yet. 3

I think that UML is targeting generic kernel trees these days, such that you
should be able to build a UML kernel or a standard kernel regardless of
applying UML-specific patches.

Correct, the only patches are updates to the UML arch.

> What about the skas patch, was a version of that ever merged into 2.6?

I'm not sure; skas3 was explicitly rejected, and skas4 was intended as a new
design which satisfied the kernel maintainers' requirements.

2005-08-18 Thread Micah Anderson
Package: util-vserver
Version: 0.30.207-9

Ola,

It looks like you have arm and hppa set not to build because there are
no reserved syscalls for these arches... However, now there are now
syscall numbers on all arches and these should also be built. You can
see this at http://linux-vserver.org/Syscall+Switch+Info

Bug#322943: ITP: easyh10 -- generates databases for the iRiver H10 music player

2005-08-18 Thread Benjamin Seidenberg
I planned to tweak the description before actually submitting the
package. And if you read the bug report, you would have seen that
"astronut" was an accident, $DEBFULLNAME was set, but ~/.reportbugrc
had it set to astronut. I had already changed the owner, and this had
already been brought up.

Bug#323889: gedit: fails to display print previews

2005-08-18 Thread Masaki Oita
Package: gedit
Version: 2.10.3-4
Severity: normal

Hi,

When I tried to see a print preview of any document, gedit just
displayed only with a horizontal line (maybe which divides headers
and bodies) on a blank page. And when I printed out that document,
the output looked exactly like the preview.

This seemed to begin just after I installed the current version of
gedit (before that, I couldn't install because of dependency
problems). With the older version, I didn't come to such a problem.

Bug#321659: util-vserver: New fixes are available

2005-08-18 Thread Micah Anderson
Package: util-vserver
Version: 0.30.208-1
Followup-For: Bug #321659

Hi Ola,

Thanks for updating to .208!

Of course a day or so after you update, there are new fixes available.
Can you remove the fix01.diff that you applied, and apply these instead:

http://vserver.13thfloor.at/Experimental/UTIL-VSERVER/delta-0.30.208-kheaders.diff
this patch updates the kernel (vserver) headers to vs2.0

http://vserver.13thfloor.at/Experimental/UTIL-VSERVER/delta-0.30.208-shiny7.diff
this patche replaces the old, broken alternative syscall
implementation with the new extensively tested one (this fixes a
problem with gcc4.x builds)

These fixes include all the fixes in fix01, as well as these
additional fixes.

Micah

Bug#98325: status of #98325?

2005-08-18 Thread Matt Taggart
Hi,

What's going on with this bug? The last mail you sent said you wanted to leave
it open until you had addressed the points Philip Martin made about auto_ptr,
did this get done? I though I would check since there have been a few upstream
releases and also some comments in the changelog that might indicate it's done.

Thanks,

Bug#110094: Life Experience Degrees

2005-08-18 Thread Rocco Driver
How have you been,

A Genuine College Degree in 2 weeks ! 1-206-350-5982 < - ccall n0ww !

Have you ever thought that the only thing stopping you from a great job and
better pay was a few letters behind your name?

Well now you can get them!

BA   BSc     MAMScMBA   PhD

Within 2 weeks!  No Study Required! 100% Verifiable!

These are real, genuine non accredited degrees that include Bachelors, Masters
and Doctorate degrees.

They are verifiable and student records and transcripts are also available.

This little known secret has been kept quiet for years.  The opportunity exists
due to a legal loophole allowing some established colleges to award degrees at
their discretion.

With all of the attention that this news has been generating, I wouldn't be
surprised to see this loophole closed very soon.  Order yours today.  Just call
the number below.  You'll thank me later.

Flora Leblanc

People look back and their eyes cry out that they have no friends or family. I
see people with no jobs, no careers, no futures and a sense of hopelessness
crushing the fragile space where they once stored dreams. What is reality like
for them? Can a middle-class white woman with very few problems and past
traumas even understand? How long would it take for the world to distort if I
were cold and alone. Totally. Bus stations, parks, malls, condemned buildings,
fields, woods - places to sit, wait and move on. Nowhere to go or be. No one to
talk to. Who would notice or care? Unless I got in the way by needing or
wanting something, I could become invisible. And it's so hard to come back to
the world. To get back in the flow of human traffic. 3

amd64. This information was hidden deep inside the error message,
but probably I should have mentioned it more explicitely.
