Bug#709844: clearlooks-phenix-theme: possible graphic errors in the theme

2013-09-11 Thread Alexey Galakhov
Hi,

Do you have contacts with the author? His website seems to be down.

I understand the source of the problem (CSS parsing in new GTK) and I have idea
about the location of problematic code but I never made any themes. If nobody
else can do, I'll try to make the patch myself :)

Regards,
Alex

Bug#712045: ghostscript-cups: colord icc profile empty

2013-06-19 Thread Alexey Galakhov
Applying of the previous patch resulted in regression. Sometimes colord
returns empty ICC filename which results in ghostscript failure. In this
case no ICC option could be used.

The attached patch fixes this.

Bug#712045: ghostscript-cups: colord icc profile not applied

Hi Till,

Thank you! I just checked the mainsteream git and it seems that the bug
was propagated by copypaste even further:

l.618   /* support colord and the color-management=off option */
l.619   device_inhibited = colord_get_inhibit_for_device_id
(getenv(PRINTER));

This place should be reworked as well in exactly the same way:

snprintf (tmpstr, sizeof(tmpstr), cups-%s, getenv(PRINTER));
device_inhibited = colord_get_inhibit_for_device_id (tmpstr);

Regards,
Alex

Bug#712045: ghostscript-cups: colord icc profile not applied

2013-06-12 Thread Alexey Galakhov
Package: ghostscript-cups
Version: 9.05~dfsg-7
Severity: normal
Tags: upstream patch

Dear Maintainer,

Printing from cups via gstoraster while printer ICC profile is added to colord
results in the following error:

Calling FindDeviceById(printername)
Failed to send: org.freedesktop.ColorManager.Failed:device id 'printername'
does not exists
Failed to get profile filename!

The problem was caused by misspelled printer name. When adding printers to
colord, cups uses names like cups-$PRINTER, while ghostscript-cups just takes
the environment variable $PRINTER. The attached patch fixes the issue.

It is likely that the foomatic-filters package has exactly the same problem but
I'm not using foomatic-filters yet.

Regards,
Alex

2013-06-10 Thread Alexey Galakhov
Package: cups-daemon
Version: 1.6.2-8
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

A new version of cups daemon (1.6.2) does not register printer icc profiles in
colord anymore. Instead, the following error message appears:

org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownMethod:No such interface

This was caused by misspelled name in dbus access:
org.freedesktop.ColorManager instead of
