I'm not a Debian user currently, but consider switching to it in time. Meanwhile, I can get Debian in dual-boot or VBox to test things out. So, I'm agree to become a maintainer of rp-pppoe. I suppose that now I should package latest upstream version of rp-pppoe and upload it to unstable Debian archive with help of a sponsor? Bug#298185: pppoe-server kernel mode
Hi. I've published a patched version of pppoe-server in my Launchpad PPA for Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid: https://launchpad.net/~lion-simba/+archive/fixes/ As I can see, Ubuntu package doesn't contains any Ubuntu-specific changes, so I think it can be used by Debian. What is my next step to get this fix included in Debian? I also write to Andreas Barth (the current maintainer), but he is not responding. Best regards, Alexey. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmas...@lists.debian.org
