Both from the mouse and use of ctrl-c ctrl-x seems to work but nothing is stored to past again either from the mouse or ctrl-v. Unistalling clipit and the fuctions return to normal. Reminds me that on the last update the driver for my graphic card had a forced change to nvidia-legacy-304xx-driver (I think) not sure what from. Bug#744787: survex-aven: sometimes works
It appears that if I run aven (or loch) before I open Thunar 1.6.3 it works fine!!! It might just be luck, but I have tried restarting a few times, and after Thunar, it is scrambled, before it is fine. Once it is fine, opening Thunar does not make Aven break, it might be random, and restarting is very tedious, so difficult to conclusively test.
