Bug#555168: Unclear license situation for (e)glibc locales provided by you

(L)GPL v2 sounds quite all right by me.

Bug#605920: hunspell-se: se.aff has too large flag-ids

When I invoke any program which uses the spell checker (kate, kmail, 
OpenOffice.org) these kind of messages are sent to the console:
error: line 92: flag id 65529 is too large (max: 65509)
error: line 93: flag id 65529 is too large (max: 65509)
error: line 94: flag id 65529 is too large (max: 65509)
error: line 95: flag id 65529 is too large (max: 65509)
error: line 96: flag id 65529 is too large (max: 65509)

The cause for these error messages are that hunspell accept flag ids that are 
maximum 65509 (earlier versions of hunspell allowed larger flag ids)

The flag ids that are too large are in the range 65529-65535.
Exchanging these values with values in the range 65503-65509 in 
/usr/share/hunspell/se.aff and /usr/share/myspell/dicts/se.aff fixes this bug.

Howto test:
Install the packages hunspell and hunspell-se

Issue the command: hunspell -d se
Before the fix a lot of the above error messages will be seen.
After the fix only the hunspell prompt will appear.
