Hi. This problem has already been solved by updating lxqt-panel to 1.2.1-1.
So if you have lxqt-panel 1.2.1-1 installed, I guess you won't be able to
reproduce this bug. Anyway, the problem is solved and this bugreport can be

Dear Maintainer,

after updating xfwm4 from 4.16.1-1 to 4.18.0-1 taskbar now is always visible,
when using borderless fullscreen, like when watching video fullscreen in MPV or
on youtube in browser, or playing games with borderless fullscreen. If game
uses exclusive fullscreen, taskbar is not visible.

I tried using Openbox instead of xfwm4 and with Openbox taskbar works as
expected: not visible in borderless fullsreen.

Yes, it still crashes after opening any of images and trying to edit it or
just usin program GUI.

That didn't hepled, but i think i found a problem: in AlsaMixer HDA ATI
HDMI became default sound card instead of HD-Audio Generic. Choosing
HD-Audio Generic: ALC892 Analog (hw:1,0) in Audacious and Audacity makes
ALSA work again. Now i just need to make HD-Audio Generic default again
somehow. Anyway, thank you for your time.

on youtube cannot be played. If i set "media.fragmented-mp4.use-blank-decoder"
to "true", videos can be played, but without sound.

youtube.com/html5 shows everything as supported.

Disabling addons does not help.

Well, making all dependencies auto removable is an ill effect. Next time i
use apt-get autoremove i will loose all packages, that comes with
xfce4-goodies.
