Bug#984924: libfprint-2-2: swipe-too-short error with 138a:0050 Validity Sensors

2021-03-10 Thread Carlo Agrusti
Package: libfprint-2-2
Version: 1:1.90.7-2
Severity: normal
Tags: patch
X-Debbugs-Cc: carlo.agru...@gmail.com

Dear Maintainer,

when trying to enroll the fingerprint with the command fprintd-enroll, the
error "swipe-too-short" is issued, thus not allowing to complete the procedure.

By looking at the source code of libfprint it seems that the function
is_noise() into the module vfs0050.c always returns 1, so reducing to 0 the
number of valid scan lines. Avoiding the call to is_noise() leads to a properly
working system - even without any noise filtering.

Bug#740918: glade: Glade 3.14.2 SIGSEV when opening existing .ui files

2014-03-06 Thread Carlo Agrusti
Package: glade
Version: 3.14.2-3
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

after updating libgtk to release 3.10.7, Glade started crashing while loading
exisiting .ui files. I have tested this behaviour on two different systems
(unstable and testing) with the same results. Some very simple .ui's do not
appear to be affected.

I've tryed to build Glade 3.16.1 from sources, and the problem has
gone. It seems Glade 3.14 is incompatible with gtk 3.10 series.

Hi, after upgrading to anjuta-2.24.2-1, I noticed that Scintilla and SVN
plugins were still away; I then decided to build by myself the debian
package and:

- - in order to have Scintilla plugin built, I had to add the directive:

  DEB_CONFIGURE_EXTRA_FLAGS += --enable-plugin-scintilla

  to the rules file.
- - after debuilding the package and installing it in place of standard
unstable one, I was able to insert the Scintilla plugin and also SVN
one (without having explicitly done nothing at all)
- - now I can use the long-awaited glade-3 plugin

Bug#506298: anjuta: Scintilla editor and SVN plugins not enabled/built

2008-11-20 Thread carlo agrusti
Package: anjuta
Version: 2:2.24.0.1-2
Severity: normal

Current version of anjuta does not show the Scintilla editor and
the SVN plugins neither among user selectable plugins nor among
available ones; same non debian release allows to compile and
use such plugins (together with another plugin - Glade-3 - which
is unusable in Debina version since 2.0.x).

Bug#368577: doxygen: Silently refuses to generate call graphs

2006-05-23 Thread carlo agrusti
Package: doxygen
Version: 1.4.6-2
Severity: normal

Doxygen does not generate call graphs for documented functions, while
properly creates all other graphs (class, collaboration and include diagrams).
Call graphs are generated for same functions by stable release (1.4.2-4).

Bug#292153: base: Gnome 2.8 (sid/unstable) menu system seems broken: applications:/// menu items are not correctly merged with applications-all-users:///

2005-01-25 Thread carlo agrusti
Package: base
Severity: normal
Tags: experimental

When trying to add menu items to the Gnome (2.8) menu, .desktop files are
correctly created in applications:/// (~/.gnome2/vfolders/applications) but
menus are no longer updated and new items are not displayed along with the
applications-all-users:/// menu items.
