Bug#925994: kdenlive freezes after doing anything
Package: kdenlive Version: 18.12.3-1 Severity: important Tags: a11y Dear Maintainer, * What led up to the situation? I installed kdenlive 18.12.3-1. I opened an existing project and clicked in the timeline --> frozen. killing kdenlive - new start I added a clip and clicked "play" (worked), draged the clip to the timeline, clicked "play" --> frozen. killing kdenlive * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? I downloaded the App "kdenlive-18.12.1b-x86_64.appimage", chmod +x --> it worked. The last app that worked was: kdenlive-18.08.3-x86_64.AppImage , all other apps between 18.08... and 18.12.1b... had the same behaviour as the installed version * What was the outcome of this action? After starting the installed kdenlive from terminal this was the output after "New project --> 30 fps --> ok --> add a clip --> play --> drag to timeline --> play --> stop --> click on a different place in the timeline --> play --> frozen" ** chrisu@zat:~$ kdenlive No LADSPA plugins were found! Bug#631672: tuxguitar: lilypond output incorrect
Package: tuxguitar Version: 1.2-7 Severity: minor When importing a gp3 file that has chord diagrams: and the chord diagram uses only some of the strings (of a guitar) for example: string 5 - fret 3, string 3 - no fret. In guitar pro or other programs (tabazar) it generates a chordsymbol showing only the used strings and leaves the other without a sign. When exporting as lilypond the following happens: A not selected string (neither a fret nor O nor X) produces the ammount 255 which causes lilypond to create a chord symbol with 255 frets which is a very very long symbol. Therefore no Tabs nor note-lines appear in the resulting pdf. My idea: If the program finds a chord symbol, check if all six strings (of a guitar) are used, otherwise create a X and not "255". Hope, this was told clear enough? Bug#525604: jabref: Jabref beeps when switching virtual, desktops
Hi! -Original Package: jabref Version: 2.3.1-6 Severity: minor When using virtual desktops (at least KDE's) Jabref often beeps the system bell when its desktop is selected. End Original- I am using kde 4.2.2-1 and installed jabref 2.3.1-6 right now. I switched on the speakers, I started jabref and switched between the virtual desktops using the keyboard and the mouse. In no case any beep occured. Sorry, I cannot reproduce this effect. Did you look at "System settings" - "Notifications" - "System bell" and unmark the square at "Use system bell instead of system notification"?
