Bug#509376: Sleeping before ogg123 save My problem

Hello

I had the same problem in a script to convert ogg files.

Same version, no cpu load and also quite random (running the script two
times give the same file problematic, changing a print in the script
changed the file problematic)

The problem was mysteriousely solved when I added a 100ms sleep just
before ogg123. If it's not solved, I didn't noticed it again since.

I hope this information can help to find the origin of the bug
