Bug#975064: Changing server.username causes lighttpd to fail to start

Dear Maintainer,

Changing the value of 'server.username' in lighttpd.conf causes the
server to fail to start. In my particular configuration, with webdav
enabled, I get the following error:

Starting Lighttpd Daemon...

'/var/cache/lighttpd/lighttpd.webdav.db': unable to open database file
(server.c.1496) Configuration of plugins failed. Going down.
lighttpd.service: Control process exited, code=exited, status=255/EXCEPTION
lighttpd.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.
Failed to start Lighttpd Daemon.


This happens because the user/group of 'www-data' is hard-coded in
/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/lighttpd.tmpfile.conf

Bug#915826: Dropbear has incorrect path of sftp-server hardcoded

The dropbear binary has the path for the sftp server hardcoded as
"/usr/libexec/sftp-server".
However, the openssh-sftp-server package installs the sftp server to
"/usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server" and creates a link at
"/usr/lib/sftp-server".
The package lsh-server installs its sftp server to
"/usr/lib/lsh-server/sftp-server".

I don't see any packages that install to or create links at the path
hardcoded by dropbear ("/usr/libexec/sftp-server").
