I can't reproduce it after upgrade and reboot. I suspect it was a case of library A being out of sync with the loaded version of library B. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmas...@lists.debian.org

Bug#700888: OpenVPN and systemd
You also need in your [Service] section: WorkingDirectory=/etc/openvpn But even then you'll run into trouble, because OpenVPN is not compiled with systemd support, and can't ask systemd to prompt the user for a login/password. Cheers, Emm
Bug#720095: Additional information
It seems to be an issue with Skype (though I haven't updated it in a while). If I either shutdown Skype while the sound happens or mute system sounds, the crackling disappears.
Bug#720095: Confirmation
I can confirm the issue on my system (Debian unstable, pulseaudio 4.0-6+b1). It has appeared relatively recently. I run pulseaudio as part of my Xmonad session (with start-pulseaudio-x11 and PULSEAUDIO_SYSTEM_START=0 in /etc/default/pulseaudio). Killing pulseaudio solves the issue temporarily. I've had that happen when games were running, other times when streaming Youtube HTML5 videos. Cheers, Emm
Bug#700108: gscan2pdf: Fails to detect tesseract-ocr
Package: gscan2pdf Version: 1.0.4-5 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer, I have noticed today that gscan2pdf does not detect tesseract-ocr anymore on my system. It did not show any option for OCR inside the application (I had not yet installed gocr). Bug#612228: Follow-up
Please find my /etc/network/interfaces below: # This file describes the network interfaces available on your system # and how to activate them. For more information, see interfaces(5). # The loopback network interface auto lo iface lo inet loopback allow-hotplug eth0 #iface eth0 inet dhcp iface eth0 inet static address 192.168.1.4 netmask 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.1.254 Replacing "allow-hotplug eth0" with "auto eth0" works with SYSV init. However, it made systemd hang with an informative "Loading, please wait" message. Using init=/bin/systemd --log-target=console --log-level=debug produced the same output (is there a way to make systemd spit out logging data in another way?) In addition (though I should probably file this as a different bug), ctl-alt- suppr was not sufficient to restart, I had to use the magic keys. This turned out to be due to a faulty mysql service which was not starting as it should. This, however, was not an issue with SYSV, which just reported the issue and moved on. Reinstalling mysql let it boot properly and start the network. Thanks for the help. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
