Bug#556083: galeon: Please, revert proxy configuration change.
2009/11/13 Fabrice Lorrain fabrice.lorr...@free.fr: Please revert the configuration change in galeon concerning the proxy configuration. Dependency on gnome control center is bad for people using galeon without using gnome. Hi Fabrice, galeon is a browser for GNOME and as such it depends on its technologies. Furthermore it doesn't depend on gnome-control-center, it just recomends it. You can configure apt/aptitude in order to not install by default recomended packages. -- Fabio Bonelli gpg fingerprint: 61E6 5442 3BDF EA0E 2D10 35A6 971B 77D1 DA7F 0F59 -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Bug#532563: ruby: Ruby Segmentation Fault
reassign 532563 libiodbc2 retitle 532563 Segfaults in herr.c tags 532563 + patch thanks Thomas Liske li...@ibh.de: libodbc-ruby1.8 (used by libdbd-odbc-ruby1.8) is build against the iODBC manager in Debian Lenny. I build libodbc-ruby1.8 against unixODBC - and now it works: There is indeed a NULL deference within libiodbc2 triggered by an error handler, I'll go ahead reassigning this. Bug#427348: Galeon crashes on simple web pages
* Is Pango the correct component for forwarding this bug report? No, I think it's very likely that it's a bug in your font. Fonts have byte-codes which can crash programs. Do you know which package your font comes from? It's the commercial Arial Unicode MS font that came with my Windows XP (or Office, don't remember) installation. Note that I've been using this font without problems on Debian Sarge. Only on Etch do I get these dumps. Hi Ralph, do you still get that with Lenny's galeon? -- Fabio Bonelli gpg fingerprint: 61E6 5442 3BDF EA0E 2D10 35A6 971B 77D1 DA7F 0F59 -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Bug#340126: Ignores all system defaults for paper size
tags 340126 + moreinfo thanks /etc/papersize contains letter and the printer is configured in CUPS to print on letter paper -- yet when I select the printer from the dropdown list (overriding the default, which appears to be an XPrint printer instead of a CUPS printer) selected paper size is reset to A5. Bug#312499: galeon: Printed headers and footers off usable edge of paper
tags 312499 + moreinfo thanks When printing off a page (onto A4), the header and footer get printed into the outermost 1--2mm of the page. Not all printers can actually print there; in particular, my trusty old LJ4m can't.
