Bug#450877: claws-mail: email delete on imap server won't be executed

2007-11-11 Thread Frank Thieme
Package: claws-mail
Version: 3.1.0~rc1-1
Severity: normal

I use claws-mail with dovecot IMAP server. When I delete an eMail
(really delete, not just move to trash) it will be marked as deleted,
but not deleted on the IMAP server.

1. delete eMail
2. switch to other folder
3. back to folder with deleted mail
4. mail is still there, but marked as delete
5. Tools->Execute won't cange anything
6. Get Mail won't change anything

What works is move mail to trash and empty trash.

Bug#444136: kopete: wrong line breaks when pasting in Jabber chat window

2007-09-26 Thread Frank Thieme
Package: kopete
Version: 4:3.5.7-4
Severity: normal

When I copy some lines and paste them to a Jabber conversation all line
breaks are converted to some invisible char, separating the lines like
an empty line between.

I can delete this char with backspace and replace it with ctrl-return,
so it looks normal again.

This does not happen in a MSN conversation.

Bug#430031: hotkey-setup: better solution by reading and seeking less often in nvram

2007-06-25 Thread Frank Thieme
Package: hotkey-setup
Version: 0.1-17
Followup-For: Bug #430031

I think there is a better solution found here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/hotkey-setup/+bug/45404
As it is pointed out in this thread the expensive part is reading and
seeking in nvram. So there is a patch
http://launchpadlibrarian.net/7398548/hotkey-setup_0.1-17ubuntu9_optimize+CFLAGS.patch
which reduces these read and seeking operation a lot.

Hope this will be included soon.

Bug#412333: astyle: newer version available

2007-02-25 Thread Frank Thieme
Package: astyle
Version: 1.18-1
Severity: normal

There is a newer version available: 1.20.2, providing a new option
unpad=paren which seems to be very useful. Also there are some bugs
fixed.
