Bug#464342: apache2-mpm-prefork: Segmentation faults after upgrading

2008-02-06 Thread WITCOM - Gavasso Davide
Package: apache2-mpm-prefork
Version: 2.2.6-3
Severity: normal

After upgrading system libraries, not apache2, I have a segmentation fault when
starting
apache2. See below:

/usr/sbin/apache2ctl: line 80: 10691 Segmentation fault  $HTTPD -k $ARGV

When stopping I have the following message:

Stopping web server: apache2* We failed to correctly shutdown apache,
so we're now killing all running apache processes.
This is almost certainly suboptimal, so please make sure your
system is working as you'd expect now!

Bug#341552: f-prot-installer: update-f-prot doesn't work with f-prot 4.6.3

2005-12-01 Thread Gavasso Davide
Package: f-prot-installer
Version: 0.5.19
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

/usr/lib/f-prot/tools/check-updates returns the following error:

Checking if virus definitions need to be updated...
syntax error at /usr/lib/f-prot/tools/check-updates line 146, near "or"
Execution of /usr/lib/f-prot/tools/check-updates aborted due to compilation
errors.

Like bug #335037 the problem is the line

my $signatureDirectory = '/var/lib/f-prot/';

The correct one shuld be:

my $signatureDirectory = findDEFDirectory()
