Package: virtualbox-dkms
Version: 5.1.22-dfsg-3
Followup-For: Bug #868169

Same problem here. I made the mistake not to pin the package as suggested by
apt-listbugs and got stucked... But found a temporary solution until
maintainers rebuild the package.

The two following missing files should be in
/usr/src/virtualbox-5.1.22/include/VBox/vmm :

- hm_vmx.h
- pdmnetinline.h

But, lucky us, they are actually present in source tarball... So as a
workaround, download the source-files tarball at :

-
http://http.debian.net/debian/pool/contrib/v/virtualbox/virtualbox_5.1.22-dfsg.orig.tar.xz

Un-tar it, and you'll find the missing files under
../virtualbox_5.1.22-dfsg.orig/VirtualBox-5.1.22/include/VBox/vmm/

Open a terminal as root, and copy the two missing files to the path
mentionned
above at first point.

Finally execute the following command :

# dpkg-reconfigure virtualbox-dkms

And everything will work fine.

As said in the subject, when opening a session under Wayland, shorcut
F12 for
toggling visibility of Guake window doesn't have any effect... A
workaround is
to create a shorcut under System-Settings/Keyboard to make it work.
And I have no idea what's the matter as I have no other information to
forward
from journal...

Same problem here, neither do I have ".icedove" folder in my
"/home/$USER/" directory and I confirm too that what John Paul Adrian
Glaubitz said above solves the issue.

Bug#801330: glx-alternative-nvidia upgrade failed

2015-10-15 Thread Goran LAZAREVIC
Hi everyone,

During last upgrade, the glx-alternative-nvidia package (0.6.91 /
unstable) failed to configure. Here's the output :

and

> root@GOGI:/home/gogi# dpkg -l | grep glx-alternative-nvidia

0.6.91 amd64allows the selection of
NVIDIA as GLX provider

Actually my Debian Sid system was running on the experimental nvidia
driver version (352.41-1) when this happened. When I restarted it, I
fell on tty login screen instead of gdm login one.
This was caused by the failing configuration process, as the nouveau
driver was loas instead of the nvidia one, because of no more
"nvidia-blacklists-nouveau.conf" file in /etc/modprobe.d which should
normally blacklist the nouveau driver.
Doing it manually solves the problem.

I tried to downgrade nvidia-driver to unstable version (340.93-4),
thinking that it may solve temporarily the issue as its version from
unstable repository or some of its dependencies may not be already
compatible with glx-alternative-nvidia (0.6.91), but that operation
neither could be done, as the glx-alternative-nvidia package which is
pushed in unstable repository (0.6.91) breaks some of the dependencies
(as i.e. nvidia-alternative (<340.93.-5), while the version available in
unstable is still (340.93-4).

Greetings

Bug#797227: segfault - gst_memory_unmap, libgstreamer

2015-08-28 Thread Goran LAZAREVIC
I have similar issue after upgrading to the latest Iceweasel update
(38.2.1-esr1 / SID).
Don't really know if the following has anything in relation with this,
but it does appear in #dmesg# when Iceweasel crashes :

> Chrome_ChildThr[27701]: segfault at 0 ip 7f7d66c62f6c sp
7f7d56979470 error 6 in libmozalloc.so[7f7d66c62000+2000]

I reproduced the bug for several times, and it always appears on opening
sites that contain some videos or flash applications (but not
necessarily flash only). Plain text or HTML sites work without problem.
Tried to downgrade to version in Stretch repository, same issue... Then
I tried to remove my profile in ~/.mozilla/firefox and run Iceweasel
with a new one : it worked for a moment, and then the bug got back.
Tried to disable all add-ons too, but no effect.
I downgraded then on version 38.2.0esr-1~deb8u1 form Stable repository,
seems to work fine for the moment, I say for the moment as the bug
ocurred only once even with this "stable package".
