Bug#900316: [kde-plasma-desktop] KDE plasma taskbar icons corrupted with graphical glitches on mouse over
It looks like Debian Bug #900149 <https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=900149> might be related. Current Sid repo installs: xorg-server-core 1.20.0-2 mesa-va-drivers 18.0.4-1 Apparently xorg 1.20 has problems with mesa 18.0.4 ... The following bug reports mention patches that appears to resolve the issue with xorg/mesa: *FS#58549 <https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/58549>**- [xorg-server] plasmashell freezes* (archlinux.org) *BugĀ 106351* <https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=106351> - *Freezes with plasmashell and steam client* (freedeskop.org) Here are a link to the patches that resolved the issues there: [1/2] loader_dri3: Wait for pending swaps to complete before drawable_fini. <https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/patch/220544/> [2/2] loader_dri3: Variant 2: Wait for pending swaps to complete before drawable_fini. <https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/patch/221465/> Maybe these patches will resolve both my problem and bug 900149? Thanks, Jesse Taylor

Bug#767059: iceweasel/libgstreamer segfaults when trying to open mp3 files
Package: iceweasel Version: 31.2.0esr-2~deb7u1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer, When I am trying to play mp3 files in iceweasel, it freezes up. This occurs with any .mp3 files I try to play. So I installed iceweasel-dbg and ran it in gdb with -safe-mode enabled (plugins disabled) and discovered that it is libgstreamer0.10 that is segfaulting and causing it to freeze. I also tried running the vanilla Mozilla 33.0 build and had the same result. -- Package-specific info: -- Extensions information Name: Adblock Plus Location: ${PROFILE_EXTENSIONS}/{d10d0bf8-f5b5-c8b4-a8b2-2b9879e08c5d}.xpi Status: enabled Name: Default theme Location: /usr/lib/iceweasel/browser/extensions/{972ce4c6-7e08-4474-a285-3208198ce6fd} Package: iceweasel Status: enabled Name: Ghostery Location: ${PROFILE_EXTENSIONS}/fire...@ghostery.com.xpi Status: enabled Name: Monkeysphere Location: /usr/share/mozilla/extensions/{ec8030f7-c20a-464f-9b0e-13a3a9e97384 }/tls-xul-...@monkeysphere.info Package: xul-ext-monkeysphere Status: enabled -- Plugins information Name: Gnome Shell Integration Location: /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libgnome-shell-browser-plugin.so Package: gnome-shell Status: enabled -- Addons package information ii gnome-shell3.4.2-7+deb7 amd64graphical shell for the GNOME des ii iceweasel 31.2.0esr-2~ amd64Web browser based on Firefox ii xul-ext-monkey 0.6.1-1 all Iceweasel/Firefox extension for u -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.7 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages iceweasel depends on: ii debianutils 4.3.2 ii fontconfig2.9.0-7.1 ii libasound21.0.25-4 ii libatk1.0-0 2.4.0-2 ii libc6 2.13-38+deb7u6 ii libcairo2 1.12.2-3 ii libdbus-1-3 1.6.8-1+deb7u4 ii libdbus-glib-1-2 0.100.2-1 ii libevent-2.0-52.0.19-stable-3 ii libffi5 3.0.10-3 ii libfontconfig12.9.0-7.1 ii libfreetype6 2.4.9-1.1 ii libgcc1 1:4.7.2-5 ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-02.26.1-1 ii libglib2.0-0 2.33.12+really2.32.4-5 ii libgtk2.0-0 2.24.10-2 ii libhunspell-1.3-0 1.3.2-4 ii libpango1.0-0 1.30.0-1 ii libsqlite3-0 3.7.13-1+deb7u1 ii libstartup-notification0 0.12-1 ii libstdc++64.7.2-5 ii libx11-6 2:1.5.0-1+deb7u1 ii libxext6 2:1.3.1-2+deb7u1 ii libxrender1 1:0.9.7-1+deb7u1 ii libxt61:1.1.3-1+deb7u1 ii procps1:3.3.3-3 ii zlib1g1:1.2.7.dfsg-13 iceweasel recommends no packages. Bug#761941: xchat: Allow selection/removal of multiple networks at once from Network List dialog
Package: xchat Version: 2.8.8-7.1 Severity: normal Tags: upstream Dear Maintainer, I only use xchat to connect to a few IRC networks (Freenode, Mozilla, OFTC). However, the default install comes with dozens of networks that I never use pre-loaded into the Network List (ChatJunkies, GalaxyNet, etc.). I want to remove all of the networks, other than the three that I actually use. However the only way to do this right now is to remove them one-by-one in the following manner: 1) Select a network. 2) Click Remove. 3) A dialog pops up asking 'Really remove network FooBar and all its servers?' 4) Click OK Doing this for each of the dozens of networks is very tedious and time consuming. It would be very helpful to be able to just select multiple networks at once (either with Shift + Arrow Keys or CTRL + Click) and then click Remove and have them all be deleted at once.
