Bug#1073187: rpc.rquotad is launched too early by systemd
Package: quota Version: 4.06-1+b2 quotarpc service (rpc.rquotad daemon) is not answering to requests and I suspect that the problem is that it is launched early at system startup: I fixed the problem ovrriding the systemd unit file as shown below. Essentially I removed linked to nfs-server.target (I am not familiar with these files by I can see no mention of a target named nfs-server) and add a dependancy After=nfs-server.service. I use an freshly installed bookworm distribution with only standard settings but ipsec. Best, J. Bug#986670: Bug : nvidia driver requires linux 5 but dependency is not set in buster backports
Package: nvidia-driver Version: 460.39-1~bpo10+1 When the driver is installed from the command: apt install -t buster-backports nvidia-driver firmware-misc-nonfree It fails to load at reboot with a framebuffer error in Xorg.log I solved the problem installing linux-image-5.10 since only the default linux 4.19 was installed while the driver seems compiled against linux 5.10

Is this package orphaned ? The debian package for 2.12 has been released for three years and fixes the outstanding bugs for incompatibility with java 11 (current LTS Java release).
