Hi Mr. Whitton, I'm looking to do some work to start getting into helping maintain Debian. I use the OS and very much enjoy it as my everyday development system. I am also a fan of Emacs and use it for personal development applications, and Clojure and was looking through the Debian list of packages requesting maintainers. Obviously I've never done something like this before but I would be happy to come on board and help out in any way possible with the packaging. Let me know if you still need someone and don't mind me coming on to help.
