Bug#818905: Steam Controller is not correctly detected
On May 2nd Valve created a Github repository[0] for the steam-devices udev rules which is MIT licensed. Unless I'm misunderstanding I believe this means we can make any modifications we want to these udev rules now, so this bug should be easily resolvable [0] https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-devices

Oh yes, I did, and recovering the old initramfs makes the wireless work, then aptly installing cryptsetup destroys it. The wireless works until I switch it off with Fn+F2, and at that point it is just impossible to turn back on. > On the other hand the functionality of your hotkey should not depend > on the initramfs as long as you don't want to use the hotkey early in > the boot process. The hotkey is just set to load/unload modules as far as I know, so if it is a problem wit HAL then yeah, loading modules would be borked too. Bug#338550: firestarter: Broken remove; Again
Package: firestarter Version: 1.0.3-1.3 Followup-For: Bug #338550 It seems that the Etch package for Firestart is indeed broken, because it happened to me on my system. I just apt-pinned it from unstable into testing, and purged it, and it purged firestarter from my system fine. I had only installed it once, but I never got it to purge right. After my biweekly cleaning of cruft packages I decided to just report a bug on it, and it seems this bug was already reported (And, to an extent, solved). But I just thought I'd throw my two cents in there for anyone else having the same problem as I did on Debian Etch. -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-4-686 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
