Bug#609308: exim4-config: modifier "message" is deprecated in a acl definition

2011-01-08 Thread Tommi Mäkitalo
Package: exim4-config
Version: 4.69-9+lenny1
Severity: minor

The documentation of exim says in chapter 40 about the message modifiler:

"For compatibility with previous releases of Exim, a message modifier that is
used with a warn verb
behaves in a similar way to the add_header modifier, but this usage is now
deprecated. However, message
acts only when all the conditions are true, wherever it appears in an ACL
command, whereas add_header acts
as soon as it is encountered. If message is used with warn in an ACL that is
not concerned with receiving
a message, it has no effect."

This message modifier can be found in the exim4-config package in
/etc/exim4/conf.d/acl/40_exim4-config_check_data

That should be changed to add_header.

Hi Kari,

Tntnet is now released as a stable version 1.5.1 and Cxxtools 1.4.1 with these
fixed license-statements. There should be no problems any more for inclusion
into debian.

Thank you

Hi,

thank you for your help. I updated my files. I haven't released it yet, but I
have a public subversion-repository at sourceforge now. You can check tntnet
out with "svn co https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/tntnet/trunc tntnet"
Would you please check it in my repository.

Hi,

I uploaded a new tntnet version 1.5.1pre3 where I added the needed
license-addendum. Please check, if this is enough. I will release a 1.5.1
soon then.

You can download the package at
http://www.tntnet.org/download/tntnet-1.5.1pre3.tar.gz.
