I have only this:
Aqualung received signal 11 (Naruszenie ochrony pamięci - memory violation).

To help the developers fix the bug causing this crash,
please do the following:

1) configure & make Aqualung with --enable-debug

Thank you for supporting Aqualung!

What should I do to reproduce this bug correctly?

Bug#509502: RFP: libmp3lame -- High quality MPEG Audio Layer III (MP3) encoder licensed under the LGPL

2008-12-22 Thread Wojciech Zareba
Package: wnpp
Severity: wishlist

* Package name: libmp3lame
  Version : 3.98.2
Upstream Author : Many developers. LAME was originally developed by Mike
Cheng, from 1998 to 1999. After he retired,
the project started being maintained by Mark Taylor till early 2003. After
2003, the project became managed by core
developers' teamwork, with no official hierarchy or leadership. The current
Webmaster for the LAME project is Roberto
Amorim (rjamo...@users.sourceforge.net).
* URL : http://lame.sourceforge.net/
* License : LGPL
  Programming Lang: C
Description : High quality MPEG Audio Layer III (MP3) encoder licensed
under the LGPL

LAME is an educational tool to be used for learning about MP3 encoding. The
goal of the LAME project is to use the open
source model to improve the psycho acoustics, noise shaping and speed of MP3.
LAME is not for everyone - it is
distributed as source code only and requires the ability to use a C compiler.
However, many popular ripping and encoding
programs include the LAME encoding engine, see: Software which uses LAME.

Using the LAME encoding engine (or other mp3 encoding technology) in your
software may require a patent license in some
countries.

LAME features:

* Many improvements in quality in speed over ISO reference software.
* MPEG1,2 and 2.5 layer III encoding.
* CBR (constant bitrate) and two types of variable bitrate, VBR and ABR.
* Encoding engine can be compiled as a shared library (Linux/UNIX), DLL ,
Directshow filter or ACM codec (Windows).
* Free format encoding and decoding.
* GPSYCHO: a GPL'd psycho acoustic and noise shaping model.
* Powerful and easy to use presets.
* Quality better than all other encoders at most bitrates.
* Fast! Encodes faster than real time on a PII 266 at highest quality mode.
* MP3x: a GTK/X-Window MP3 frame analyzer for both .mp3 and unencoded audio
files.

I've done as described on the page http://www.debian.org/intro/cn#konqueror:
"If you want to have multiple languages set or need a workaround for the mentioned bug, you currently have to edit your
~/.kde/share/config/kio_httprc file to include a line like the following:
 Languages=pl;q=1.0, en;q=0.5"

but it doesn't work :-( There is still english text.

It works for me. Maybe you need to restart konqueror and/or clear the
web cache to let this setting take effect.

Sven

Yes, it works after restarting KDE, nothing else doesn't work.

I've uninstalled Sid and currently I'm using Lenny. In Lenny this bug

I think, from the Firefox plug-in's repository. There is a pop-up
"Install missing plug-ins" and then I chose "Adobe Flash Player" (check
box).

The same behaviour: pop-up "Install missing plug-ins". Then the files
appears again...

This is not so simple as you try explain. In Polish, unlike in English, is 7
(seven) forms of each noun e.g. for Egipt there are:
Egipt, Egiptu, Egiptowi, Egipt, Egiptem, Egipcie, Egipcie
but for Arabia different:
Arabia, Arabii, Arabii, Arabię, Arabią, Arabii, Arabio.

> You can fix it in :
> debian/webwml/polish/po/countries.pl.po

In the debian/webwml/polish/po/countries.pl.po is only the first form. It is
used in various pages (e.g. /webwml/polish/CD/vendors/index.wml) and change this
is *not* the right solution.
The ukrainian solution (by Eugeniy Meshcheryakov) is simple but this change
English original text.

Bug#444965: Bad declension on page http://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po/ in Polish

2007-10-02 Thread Wojciech Zareba
Package: www.debian.org
Severity: normal
Tags: l10n

Recently I've translated this page. Most of lines with countries has in Polish
bad declension e.g.:

# ar_EG (arabski, używany w Egipt) - should be "w Egipcie"
# ar_OM (arabski, używany w Oman) - w Omanie
# ar_SA (arabski, używany w Arabia Saudyjska) - w Arabii Saudyjskiej
# ar_SY (arabski, używany w Syrian Arab Republic) - w Syryjskiej Republice
Arabskiej
# ar_TN (arabski, używany w Tunezja) - w Tunezji
etc.

This list is automatically generated, so I don't know if and how can I correct
it.
I think this bug is related to other slavonic languages too.
Help, please.

There are 3 disks: one with Debian and 2 disks striped (RAID 0) and to this
applies these errors. Kernel just can't correctly recognize this.

Bug#442239: Bad dependencies in request-tracker3.4

2007-09-14 Thread Wojciech Zareba
Package: request-tracker3.4
Version: 3.4.5-2
Severity: normal

My previous installation was damage. I try restore it, but this is very
difficult
because of stupid dependencies in request-tracker3.4. It assumes that postgres
must
be in version 8.1 and apache in version 1.3. It forces install it. I had
postgres version 7.4
and apache2. When I try to install rt3.4-apache2 it install rt3.4-apache (and
apache too).
Very confusing :-(

Bug#441204: konqueror: How to read Debian pages in Polish language?

2007-09-07 Thread Wojciech Zareba
Package: konqueror
Version: 4:3.5.7-2+b1
Severity: normal
Tags: l10n

I've done as described on the page http://www.debian.org/intro/cn#konqueror:
"If you want to have multiple languages set or need a workaround for the
mentioned bug, you currently have to edit your
~/.kde/share/config/kio_httprc file to include a line like the following:
 Languages=pl;q=1.0, en;q=0.5"
but it doesn't work :-( There is still english text.

Bug#439354: texlive-full must have texlive-doc in all languages

2007-08-24 Thread Wojciech Zareba
Package: texlive-full
Version: 2007-11
Severity: normal

texlive-full depends on documentation in all possible languages. It
consumes much diskspace. My disk don't get it :-(

-- Package-specific info:
If you report an error when running one of the TeX-related binaries
(latex, pdftex, metafont,...), or if the bug is related to bad or wrong
output, please include a MINIMAL example input file that produces the
error in your report. Don't forget to also include minimal examples of
other files that are needed, e.g. bibtex databases. Often it also helps
to include the logfile. Please, never send included pictures!

This seems to work for me?!
Maybe try removing your ~/.jigdo-lite file.

I have possible explanation: the filesystem was full. But this is still
a bug, becouse the program behaves unsuitably to the situation and
mislead the user.

2007-03-23 Thread Wojciech Zareba

Hi

It looks like the filesystem where dpkg puts the maintainer scripts is
mounted noexec, which means that these scripts can't be executed.
This is most likely a configuration problem on your side, so I'm closing
this bug.

That's right, thank you.
